The 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Bhoga exposes students to the philosophical depth of yoga and the historical influence on todays modern practice. A clear container is provided to facilitate the students opportunity to grow as individuals and as a larger community. Upon graduation, students have the skill to teach an intermediate level Hatha class that involves meditation, pranayama, and asana with the use of command style teaching.
Join the Yoga Bhoga Teacher Training Program for an in-depth study of Iyengar’s book Light on Life. Explore the philosophy and meaning of yogic traditions through reading guides, writing, and discussions. This book club meets 4 times.

Join Anne Witmer and Meghan Maris for a 2 hour discussion and practice inspired by the play of yin & yang energies. There will also be a discussion about finding balance in our bodies and minds as we shift from summer to autumn. To find balance within and without, we must be willing to embrace ourselves and life in totality. This requires shining our inner light into our shadows.
