Everyone's favorite warm oil massage workshop is back! Rasayana or “rejuvenation” is one of the 8 branches of Ayurveda and means “that which destroys old age and disease”. The process includes a variety of practices to repair and revitalize the body, mind and spirit at very deep levels. In the workshop you will learn all about this ancient practice as you engage in a gentle yoga practice designed for fluidity and restoration followed by a guided meditation to elicit deep relaxation. The highlight of the workshop is the giving and receiving of abhyanga (hot oil massage) to the feet and head. It's like spa day at the yoga studio!

Done correctly Chaturanga Dandasana strengthens your entire body, builds concentration and prepares you for inversions. In this workshop we will break down chaturanga dandasana, learn to effectively “do a vinyasa,” and strengthen your understanding of this foundational posture.

Living Yoga is a nonprofit yoga outreach program serving youth and adults in prisons, drug and alcohol treatment centers, and social service agencies since 1998. Their mission is to change lives by fostering healing and resilience in vulnerable and marginalized
communities through trauma-informed yoga. Yogathon invites yogis near and far to come together in support of Living Yoga's trauma-informed yoga programs. Proceeds from Meghan Maris' Tuesday 5:30pm Hatha class will be donated to Living Yoga.
