This Summer Clean-Up is a great way to hit the reset button on your health. Summer vacations, happy hours and BBQs can mean a lot of overindulgence and a sluggish digestive system. This workshop will give you the tools you need to get back on track including a ten day cleanse to help you feel lighter and healthier.
The workshop begins with a 75 minute yoga and pranayama practice designed to stimulate detoxification pathways. Then we will review the 10 day whole foods cleanse protocol; I will explain how a cleanse can benefit you and answer any questions you may have. You will also receive a complete shopping list and recipes to use during the cleanse.
