In this workshop, we will focus on hand mudras. Learn which fingers correspond to the different natural elements, how mudras influence your moods and benefit your health. This workshop will use various type of teaching including storytelling, meditation, discussion, and lecture. Discover the mudras that you can practice in yoga classes, in meditation, and in your daily activities for an overall sense of contentment and well-being.
