Enjoy a Restorative Yoga practice and relax in a peaceful atmosphere filled with calming sounds that resonate in harmony with your mind, body and spirit. Sound Bath sessions balance the body and mind by applying specific vibrations and frequencies that create a harmonic space for healing. After being thoroughly bathed in sound and restored, Emily will guide you into the Yoga Nidra. Expect to rest deeply between the states of dreaming and deep sleep. This Tantric practice creates a space for healing, transformation and spiritual awakening.

Emily Light is a certified yoga therapist dedicated to helping others on their path. She weaves Ayurveda, neurobiology and practical application of yoga philosophy into her teachings for a truly holistic and powerful approach to the art of yoga. Her intention is to create a safe and nurturing place for students to learn about themselves, connect, heal and thrive.

Joshua performs each sound bath with the intention of providing a grounding experience to leave you feeling centered and recharged. His angelic soundscapes are created through a stream of consciousness process using guitar, voice, and quartz crystal sound bowls. Joshua combines his passion and over 20 years of experience as a musician, with his love to provide aspace of peace and healing for others.
