Anxiety is a common experience in the modern world, for humans of all ages. Join Yoga Therapist, Emily Light, in this workshop that combines a modern understanding of neuroscience with the teachings of yoga. Through yoga postures, mindfulness and breathing exercises, students will learn skills for coping with both acute and chronic anxiety, and daily tools to build resiliency in the nervous system.
