The 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Bhoga exposes students to the philosophical depth of yoga and the historical influence on todays modern practice. A clear container is provided to facilitate the students opportunity to grow as individuals and as a larger community. Upon graduation, students have the skill to teach an intermediate level Hatha class that involves meditation, pranayama, and asana with the use of command style teaching.
