The morning immersion will take place the week prior to fall equinox, a time of year where the length of day and night are in balance. This will be an opportunity to reflect on our own relationship with balance or the lack thereof. The inspiration of this immersion is to harness the energy of balance throughout the week, planting seeds of intentions for the equinox. The two hour morning practice will include asana, pranayama, meditation and theory. The philosophical theme will be the five koshas, sheaths or layers of our being. Each day will be a process of working from the outer layer of our body to the innermost core of our being, the divine sun within.
